Grant Program Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application to the Blue October Getaways Grant Program, you understand and agree to the following:

Eligibility

Grants are intended for individuals who have not yet purchased a room for a 2026 Blue October Getaway. Those who have already booked are not eligible to apply.

Application Review

You consent to Blue October Getaways, our benefactor, and their respective team members reviewing your application, including the personal and financial information you have provided. This review may also include publicly available information such as social media profiles and other online sources to verify information and assess eligibility.

Decision Process

All grant decisions are made at the sole discretion of Blue October Getaways and its partners. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Submitting an application does not guarantee a grant will be awarded.

How Grants Are Applied

If selected, you will receive a unique grant code to use at checkout. This code will reduce your booking total by the awarded grant amount.

Grant Conditions

  • Grants are valid only toward the booking of a 2026 Blue October Getaway (Cabo Wave 1 or Cabo Wave 2 )

    Grants have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person, or applied to any other purchase

  • Grants must be used within 14 days of being awarded; unused grants will be forfeited and offered to the next applicant on the waitlist

  • Grants are limited to one per room

  • If you cancel your booking after applying a grant, the grant is forfeited and will not be reissued

How GrantsAccuracy of Information Are Applied

You certify that all information provided in your application is true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification or revocation of any grant awarded.
