Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 7 Pepper Gunns LLC and Quiet Mind Touring LLC (together, “Blue October Getaways,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information when you visit our website at www.blueoctobergetaways.com, use our booking engine, or purchase or manage a Blue October Getaways travel experience (a “Getaway”). It applies to our related sites, booking engine, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”).

By using the Site or booking a Getaway, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Your purchase of a Getaway is also governed by our Purchase Agreement, and your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Use. In this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you or your household.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

When you create an account, book a Getaway, or contact us, you provide personal information, including:

• Account and contact information — your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and date of birth;

• Traveler and guest details — for you and each guest in your party, names, dates of birth, and passport details needed for international travel and to build the guest manifest;

• Payment information — processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number (see “Payments”);

• Travel details — flight information, arrival and departure times, and airport-transfer details;

• Accessibility, dietary, medical, or special-assistance needs you choose to share so we can request accommodations for you; and

• Communications and preferences — the content of messages you send us or post in your Buyer dashboard, and your marketing preferences.

Some of this — such as passport or government-identification numbers, and any health or accessibility information you choose to provide — may be considered “sensitive” information. We collect it only to arrange and deliver your Getaway. Where the law requires your consent to process sensitive information, we obtain that consent from you when you provide the information during booking.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Site, we and our providers automatically collect device and usage information — such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits — through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see “Cookies, Analytics & Advertising”). This information helps us operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Information From Other Sources

We may receive information about you from our payment processors (such as payment confirmations and limited card details), from fraud-prevention and analytics partners, from advertising platforms, and, if you interact with us on social media, from those platforms in accordance with their policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, book, and manage your Getaway, reservation, and Buyer dashboard;

• Process payments, deposits, and payment-plan installments, and verify billing and identity;

• Build and manage the guest manifest and coordinate with resorts, airlines, and ground-transportation providers to deliver your trip;

• Send you transactional communications about your reservation, such as confirmations, updates, and reminders;

• Send marketing emails and, if you opt in, text messages about Getaways, offers, and news;

• Personalize, analyze, and improve the Site and our services;

• Measure, deliver, and optimize advertising, including on Meta (Facebook and Instagram);

• Maintain security, detect and prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements; and

• Comply with law and protect the rights, property, and safety of our guests, the public, and us.

3. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. Most browsers let you control or refuse cookies; if you disable them, some features of the Site may not work.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics, which we have configured not to store your full IP address, to understand how visitors use the Site. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Advertising. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our advertising and to deliver ads to you on Meta platforms, including building and measuring custom and similar audiences. Under some state privacy laws, this use of online identifiers may be considered “targeted advertising” or a “share” of your information.

Your choices. You can manage cookies in your browser; adjust your ad preferences on Meta; use the Digital Advertising Alliance (aboutads.info/choices) and Network Advertising Initiative (networkadvertising.org/choices) opt-out pages; and reset or limit your mobile advertising identifier in your device settings. Where required by law, we honor recognized universal opt-out signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of targeted advertising or sharing for that browser.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described in this Privacy Policy:

• Service providers — vendors who help us run our business and are permitted to use your information only for our purposes, including payment processing (PayWhirl and Stripe), email and marketing communications (Klaviyo), advertising and analytics (Meta and Google), and website hosting (Wix);

• Travel suppliers — to deliver your Getaway, we share the guest details necessary to book and service your trip (such as names, dates of birth, and passport information) with the host resort, airlines, and ground-transportation and airport-transfer operators;

• Legal, safety, and protection — when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our guests, the public, or us;

• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; and

• With your direction or consent — when you ask us to share your information or otherwise agree.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels — such as the Meta pixel — may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out of this targeted advertising and “sharing” (see “Cookies, Analytics & Advertising” and “Your Privacy Rights & Choices”).

5. Payments

Card payments are processed by PCI-compliant payment providers (PayWhirl and Stripe). We do not store your full card number; our providers handle and store your card information under their own privacy and security practices. We receive limited details, such as confirmation of payment and the last four digits and card type, to manage your reservation.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our Getaways are intended for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to make a purchase. Guests under twelve (12) are not permitted at a Getaway, and minors twelve (12) to seventeen (17) may attend only with a booking adult who provides their information and accepts our terms on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under thirteen (13); if we learn that we have, we will delete it. Information about minor guests is provided to us by the booking adult, not collected online from the minor.

7. Your Privacy Rights & Choices

Marketing & Communications

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any such email, and — once we offer text messaging — opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. Transactional messages about your reservation are necessary to provide our services and will continue. You can review and update your account details in your Buyer dashboard or by contacting us.

Targeted Advertising & “Do Not Sell or Share”

You can opt out of targeted advertising and the “sharing” of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising by using the ad-industry opt-out tools described above, by enabling the Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by contacting us at support@blueoctobergetaways.com. We do not sell your personal information for money.

State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live — including Texas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia — you may have the right to access or know the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of targeted advertising, any “sale,” and certain profiling. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. California residents additionally have the right to limit the use of their sensitive personal information.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@blueoctobergetaways.com or write to the address below. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will respond as the law requires.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Getaways and operate our business, and to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Passport and travel-document details you provide are kept in your account for as long as your account or reservation is active and to help us service future Getaways. When we no longer need personal information, we delete or de-identify it, or securely store and isolate it when deletion is not immediately possible.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and transmission of information to and from the Site is at your own risk.

10. International Visitors & U.S. Data Transfer

The Site is hosted and operated in the United States. If you access the Site or book a Getaway from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Site, you consent to that transfer and processing.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or integrate services from third parties — including resorts, airlines, ground-transportation and excursion operators, payment processors, and social-media platforms. These third parties are independent and have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate, such as by email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
