Wave 1 is filling fast, and we're deciding whether to open a second wave.
A $100 refundable deposit tells us you're in. It doesn't book a room.
It's how we see whether there's enough interest to make Wave 2 happen.
What Happens Next:
We'll decide on Wave 2 by November 15, 2026 & email everyone who put down a deposit
If We Open Wave 2

Deposit holders get first access to book before Wave 2 opens to everyone else, in the order deposits were received.

Your $100 is added as a credit to your account, ready to use toward your room reservation
